We may collect and process the following personal data about you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.rcr.ac.uk (‘our site’). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence
- Information you provide in response to surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them

Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you, and we or they may contact you about these by post, email or telephone where we have obtained your consent to do so.
We may provide anonymised and/or aggregated data (including, but not limited to, diversity data) to third parties.
We will not sell your data to any third parties. We do not carry out automated decision making. If this changes, we will update this notice and take such other steps as required to comply with applicable law.
Your personal information will be processed by employees of the Royal College of Radiologists and we may also disclose your personal information to third parties:

- To enforce or apply our terms of use or terms and conditions of supply and other agreements;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of RCR or others;
- To allow you to receive any membership services or member benefit which is provided by a third party (for example, providers of digital systems, marketing and advertising companies);
- To provide any services that you ask us to carry out either through the website or otherwise (including, for example, for equivalence purposes);
- With whom we collaborate to provide events or services (for example, conferences);
- Who provide services to us, where it is necessary for us to provide them with your personal data in order for those services to be provided; and/or

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties outside of the UK and the European Economic Area. We will ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection by putting in place appropriate measures.
Disclosure may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Where we need your consent to hold your information we will ask you to confirm your consent in writing and we will inform you why we are collecting the information, how we will use it, how long we keep it for, who else will have access to it and what your rights are. You have the right to object to processing of your data. You may request that we stop processing information about you. You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data. We keep your personal data for at least as long as you have a relationship with us or as otherwise necessary to provide you the services.
