Peer review, peer feedback and REALMs
LEARN MOREDATA COLLECTION IS NOW CLOSED
Introduction
This is a national project on behalf of the RCR Clinical Radiology Audit and Quality Improvement Committee (CRAQIC). We are extremely grateful in advance for your time and effort in helping us audit peer review, peer feedback and Radiology Events and Learning Meetings (REALMs).
Aims
This audit aims to assess compliance with the RCR Standards for radiology events and learning meetings and to analyse current methods utilised to deliver peer review and peer feedback, in particular:
- how data from peer review is captured / analysed,
- how peer review data is used for quality improvement,
- what systems are in place and what works well,
- how comprehensive the process is,
- how much variance there is in practice,
- how REALMs are conducted
- are there significant barriers to delivering REALMs / maximising educational benefits, and if so, what can be changed?
