Final FRCR (Part B) Examination Board (Clinical Radiology)

The Final FRCR (Part B) Examination Board reports to the Clinical Radiology Fellowship Examination Board through the Board Chair.

The Final FRCR (Part B) Examination Board is responsible for ensuring that the Final examination provides an appropriate assessment of the knowledge, skills and some of the behaviours required to complete core Clinical Radiology training as defined in the syllabus section of the Specialty Training Curriculum for Clinical Radiology. The Board ensures that the examination meets the GMC's "Standards for curricula and assessment systems".

At any time there will be approximately 22 examiners who are expected to have experience and an interest in clinical radiology training and assessment.

New examiners are appointed by Clinical Radiology Fellowship Examination Board, taking into account the recommendation of the Final FRCR (Part B) Examination Board.
